Your driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge in the airport and train stations. There may be issues beyond your control and this may cause unexpected delays. If flight, train, cruise details are provided in the right way upon upon your booking, the driver is able to locate you and adjust the pick up time. If the delay exceed 60minutes we will try to contact you to find an alternative solution. It's really important you provide your mobile number or you call us.
For airport, piers and train stations' pick ups we include 60min complimentary waiting time. For hotels pick up or other location, the complimentary waiting time is 15min. We will try to contact you to find an alternative solution. The best you can do in this case is to call us.
A "disposal" service means that we provide a driver and car at disposal on hourly basis. The rate included fuel, tolls and taxes. You can decide the itinerary and destination, within a certain number of km/miles ( this change according the numbers of hours at disposal). It's important to understand that some area may be restricted to the car circulation or some roads not accessible to our cars ( country roads ). In this case, Rooadz.com do not assume any responsibility and the service cannot be cancelled. If you have a special itinerary to be followed and you know that this may have some restriction, we suggest to write in the "notes" in order to allow your driver to check in advance.
In selected area we provide "Driver Guide". The "driver guide" is a professional licensed driver able to offer a commentary about the sites visited. Usually a "Driver Guide" is a local with a deep knowledge of the territory. It's a really good solution when you want visit an area with many small villages, wine estates, scenic routes. A Driver Guide cannot access Museum, Archeological areas and is not to be intended as a local guide. You may add a local guide on request at an additional cost. Driver Guide are available in English, Spanish and Portuguese according the area.
A "Shore Excurion" is a "car at disposal" to visit a specific territory/destination.
